What we collect

Your email, profile info, projects, finds, progress updates, photos, and your Google name and email if you sign in with Google.

Photos and DIYA's reads

• ·When you save a find, its photo is analyzed by an AI service to name and tag it. DIYA's reads never try to identify people.
• ·Photos are resized and location data is removed before upload.

Who sees what

• ·Your email is never shown to other people, and only you can see who you follow.
• ·We use this data only to run DIYA, and we don't sell it.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account anytime from your settings, which permanently removes your profile, projects, finds, progress updates and photos. Copies may remain in our daily database backups for about 14 days, and in our hosting provider's sign-in and server logs for a short time, before they're automatically deleted. If you have trouble, email email us.

If you join the waitlist, we keep your email and the crafts you picked only to send you an invite, and delete them when you delete your account or anytime you ask.

If you start signing up without an invite, we delete that account and its email within a day.

Beta

DIYA is in private beta and is for people 18 and older.
